Tom Sachs’ Crumpled Nikes
Tom Sachs is a visual artist famous for sculptures that deconstruct and fuss around with all kinds of iconic objects, like McDonald’s and handguns. Nike’s Cortez, Air Max One and the Nike Free 5.0 all get the treatment of one of Liberty’s most talked about prints.
In May the collection will be extended with the addition of three basketball styles: the Blazer, Hyperclave and Dunk Sky High WHICH I MUST HAAAAAAAAVE!!!!. The Dunk Sky High will feature a wedge heel inserted into the shoe.

Chloe Sevigny X Nike Stadium ‘Destroyer’ Jacket

Chloe Sevigny recently stopped by Nike Stadium in New York, one of the brand’s six internationally-located, custom design shops, and worked with the design team to create a custom women’s “Destroyer” jacket, featured here. According to the site, Sevigny used ”a young, gulit ridden girl as inspiration, and chose to do one simple iconic image on the back, and a heart patch on the front, using multi-layers of felt and embroidery to make up the patches.”
I LOVE IT!!!
