Lensed by Patrick Demarchelier, Maryna Linchuk is the face of Blumarine’s fall campaign. Focusing on the label’s signature prints and shapes, the advertisements certainly show off the pieces’ movability with Maryna jumping to and fro in each shot. I'm absolutely in love!

today i wear..

Today unfortunately I didn't found my camera so I can upload a picture haha .. but I decided to post similar things of what I'm wearing today. I wear a dark blue skirt with high waist from Mango, cool white Ben Sherman's t-shirt, black platforms with gold zippers, Baby phat black leather bag with gold zippers too and my favorite necklace from Tommy Hilfiger's "Tommy girl" fragrance, that looks like a coin. Very comfortable and cool outfit for the first day of the week.



Every single piece is almost the same, the wedges are from Givenchy, the skirt is from Moschino, I just love it.

I LOVE bulgarian models.

I begin with the fact that I want to emphasize that the characters and the pictures in this post are completely my taste, without wanting to inflict my views or trying to show how much I know about the fashion industry.
It’s not a secret that from a long time I have the strange desire to make someday my own fashion agency because, as I said, my favorite thing of the fashion world are the models and therefore I choose the girls from the pictures below! :)
Recently I even wanted to start a project, with a friend of mine, a photographer, in which to make pictures of interesting people and their style of life - we have agreed not to shoot professional models, but naturally this is not possible because of my strange criteria of the female beauty lol (tall and skinny). I decided to post some photos of my favorite female faces in the Bulgarian fashion. Some of them I have seen live and I know personally - others, I can not give a real appreciation of their character .. here I exclusively wanted to show their appearance.

I will tell you something else. In my humble experience as a model nearly three years ago in a Bulgarian fashion agency, I have seen a lot of absurds, related to this not so gainful job here in our country. I want to emphasize here that our models are totally underappreciated, not to say that this is pure mockery and exploitation of the rare beauty of the young girls, that corresponds to world standards in the fashion industry.
At this time if I didn’t sign a contract for five years with the agency , they used to send me to do promotions in supermarkets or to similar humiliating events, which do not meet away that tear of walking on fitness, the all starving thing and the cosmetic procedures (paid entirely on my own) - things which should take care the agency itself, as worldwide.
Another ridiculous thing is that, you can’t be paid from 30 to 100 leva for a show and nobody could ever convince me that this is because of our country standard, I can not agree that this is correct .. you also get to shoot different magazine covers, famous magazines, for free and they try to convince you that this is for your own advertising. Wearing your own shoes at shows, cuz our designers simply do not make shoes!! I don’t want to mention what exactly happens here in Bulgaria, because all people know.

Another thing, which is quite a shame, is to walk on stages with horrible decors (even without any) with mind-boggling ugly clothes with nonexistent cuts and fabrics that you can buy at any fabric store. I know that this will change, and I've seen that we have many talented young designers who will make some day a Fashion Week here too.

Gloria & Hristina - the young and fresh faces, Hristina is only 15 and after a few editorials she is already on top. The great personality of Gloria has conquered our hearts.

And now about the models, I wish to each of them to have a successful career abroad (however, many of them already have one). I think that the only problems of the Bulgarian models is the heigh, however I wish them also lots of luck in the destruction of the formidable competition with an average height of 1.80; and the fact that they are so inflated, they should be more down to earth! Girls, just be yourself and show it in every possible way, because individuality is very fashionable now. Finally I want to make an appealing to all the famous designers who are reading this post, you should take our girls for your ad campaigns and editorials! :)

Chanel Couture fall 2010.

I couldn't miss to write a post about Chanel's show. I liked almost everything, except the boots, and in my opinion, the glamour of the Couture is in a way gone.

Dior HC fall 2010.

I am fascinated by this collection, beautiful colors, great and expensive fabrics, as far as I can judge from the pictures /style.com/.. nothing new under the sun for Dior Couture. The whole spirit of the show reminds me of the Viktor and Rolf's flower bomb, even if I'm obsessed with the flower theme, I'm a little tired of seeing the heads of the models trying to look like a little bouquet. I like very much the long dresses at the end of the show, but I am not sure whether the whole atmosphere would be the same if there was not a similar decor.

Pearl Jam tribute.

Listening to Pearl Jam's new song and watching the video (even if it has nothing to do with the summer spirit or the waves or the fact that we have to protect our planet, which is the hidden message from the video), I suddenly feel the strange desire to have the Alexander Wang flannel dress that Natalia is wearing, in his fall 2010 collection, so modern and with some grunge spirit. I think this will be the perfect choice beyond...

.. the typical flannel dresses and shirts, the messy hair, ripped jeans or long skirts with big sweaters, Doc Martens, Skate Shoe, Chuck Taylor's, church shoes or any other boots with a pear of white socks.

I have repeated and repeated that Maryna is one of my favorite faces in the fashion world. I love the selection of her long dress from Acne. Her bag is Chanel. She is absolutely gorgeous from head to toe.

“SUR LA PLAGE”



An haute papier collection by the polish designer Bea Szenfeld. She created her “Sur la Plage” collection taking inspiration from female divers in the 1930’s as well as the sea life, mermaids, and fish. Each garment is made of paper and by hand!
No machinery or laser-cutting were used in the collection, it is absolutely amazing!

Dreaming about the beach with..

Today I'm not in a mood to write, the only thing I want to do is to lie down on the sand and relax. I'm tired of this town full of chaos.
The beach is the right place where vanity will never leave us and when we start talking and wondering about the perfect bathing suit, the answer lies in our favorite Brazilian brands like Rosa Cha or Cia Maritima, worn by celebs and models with sexy bodies and tan. I choose this two gorgeous pieces from R.C. and to complete the whole outfit I added my top fav shoes and bag from Rachel Comey and Pharrell's Moncler black jacket, the "pacifist version of the bulletproof vest", just in case if you accidentally get cold or someone is trying to shoot you haha ;)
