Alice Dellal x Palladium boots - video.
During my daily "exploration" on the internet I found this interesting video (via highsnobiety), or more something like an interview, of the models Alice Dellal and Daisy Lowe, each one for Palladium boots, speaking about their style influences and choices and who they admire as a fashion icon. As video advertisements go, this one is fairly interesting because we hear their opinions and ideas about fashion and see a bit of their personality captured, plus they both have genuinely interesting style. I chose to put Dellal after all, cuz I love her. She is so damn crazy!

I remember my first pair of beige Palladium boots, I was the most excited 15 year old kid on earth and now as you can see they are back on top of the fashion trends without any changes of their design. I think I'll need a new pair :)

Erin covers Elle!
Erin!! The high-fashion model presents some casual looks, very modern at the same time, the ‘undone’ feel of the cover is lovely, actually the fold-out is a nice surprise of the cover, you’d never realize it was there, looking at the main shot.
I just love her, she is a great inspiration. Presenting a playful side to the gorgeous model, this photoshoot definitely manages to capture the typical Texas vibe, the whole excitement of wearing cowboy boots with long chiffon dresses or short pants with shirts, the hats, proving that a supermodel’s looks are not limited to high-fashion shots, as I early described her. Great editorial, it’s very Erin Wasson.

This is the Stella McCartney's Fall 2010 Campaign Preview with Natalia thanks to fashiongonerouge. Absolutely beautiful!
After Chloe', Stella's collections are my favorite (the clothes, which I would love to wear every day). Very clean, sexy, feminine, chic, great tailoring, the perfect lines of the clothes do not need any fabric details. Again coats in camel color, the gorgeous naked legs of the models, pointy heels in beautiful colors, which I liked a lot too! For the evening dresses she uses organza, absolutely elegant fabric, and I loved the sexy one shoulder dresses. What more can I say, great collection!

Curvy Is Cool.
The new styles of beauty say curvy is cool. Strong features and large bodies for oversized ladies. Time for a re-shape programme?
Oversize is cool. Even for Karl Lagerfeld, who, for the Chanel Resort 2011 show at Saint-Tropez, added a rounder model in his cast. A fashion politically correct choice? No. Examples of successful soft beauty icons are plentiful. Starting with the fascinating Crystal Renn, energetic champion of the fight against anorexia, and up to the explosive top over 44 Toccara Jones. also portrayed by Steven Meisel.
Not forgetting the heroine of curves, Lizzie Miller, who became famous after the publication of a much talked-about photograph of her in her lingerie in the September issue of the American edition of Glamour. And there was a tribute to curvy even at the last Cannes Film Festival. Under the spotlights were the dancing stars of Tournée, a film by Mathieu Amalric who brought a touch of the neo-burlesque to Cannes.
In other words: beauty can take different forms, provided that the weight is not excessive (because unhealthy) and the body is well-toned. So healthy eating and a fitness routine are essential. In pursuit of a softer line without undue hardship or sacrifice.
